A boom truck crashed into the roof of a house in Concord New Hampshire yesterday as it attempted to lift parts of a tree from the rear garden. The operator said that he had set up the crane properly but that as he lifted a particularly heavy load the outriggers skidded forward causing the crane to go over....

Crawler crane closes road
The boom of an overturned crawler crane has completely disrupted traffic on the A-50 in the Netherlands this evening. The crane was working on the construction of the second Waal bridge when it started sink into the soft ground and went over backwards. Its boom came down onto the existing bridge structure blocking traffic....

Bucket truck overturns in Ohio
An employee of Cleveland Public Power in Ohio was thrown from the platform of a bucket truck early this morning after it overturned. The man was working on the lights alongside Interstate 90 and was thrown into a wooded area alongside the road, but was able to crawl back to get help and was taken to hospital for treatment....
