Back at it.

On February 26th we carried a Death Wish story of two men using an industrial fork truck and pallet to work on the roof of a house near the Olympic Park in London. Close to at least four good sized aerial lift rental yards.

Another reader passed by on Friday last week and the two were back out with their inefficient and dangerous access equipment. A repetitive Death Wish?

As our correspondent was taking the photograph a third man.. the supervisor? approached him and asked if he “was from the Health & Safety”. But carried on regardless.
